Nuova Ruote Dentate, ‘Nuova’ doesn’t necessarily mean recent, but ready to face new challenges and changes.
Nuova Ruote Dentate was founded in 1985 when the Gares brothers took over the thirty-year-old Ruote Dentate to continue its legacy and secure its future. Recognizing untapped potential, Germano, who was then an employee of the previous ownership, and his brother Ennio began a new chapter in the production of gears, pinions, racks and transmission items on drawings in Brescia, northern ITALY, relocating ten years later to Rezzato BRESCIA near GARDA LAKE, a city where the Gares family has been rooted for generations.
Nuova Ruote Dentate is specialized in processing and manufacturing of gears and transmission components for a wide range of applications, and for important customers covering several fields, such as energy, drilling, large plants, and manufacturing of precision machine tools. Recently, a new production plant was opened in Calcinato (BS) and it’s entirely dedicated to the manufacturing of crowns for agricultural machines, a market that Nuova Ruote Dentate has targeted since the founding of the first manufacturers, supporting them from the construction of the first machines to their success as major producers and exporters of drilling rigs.
The company is focused on small batches , also prototypes based on customer drawings , where first quality standards, delivery times, and knowledge of the products developed through decades of experience, ensuring reliability throughout all stages of the production cycle.
This accuracy is due to a know-how developed through an experienced team, who over time has welcomed, nurtured, and passed on its skills to the new workforce. The same is happening in the company’s leadership, where for more than ten years, there has been a transfer of experience between generations to guarantee that the ‘Ruote Dentate’ still remains ‘Nuova’
Nuova Ruote Dentate is constantly committed to renewal, both in production and management, keeping a close eye on the future.
We recognize the importance of being part of a local area and community, fostering synergy through both industry associations and local groups and organizations.
Equally important are investments aimed to reduce environmental impact: Nuova Ruote Dentate has installed photovoltaic panels, generating a total of 125 KW peak, which covers a significant part of its energy needs, and powers the electric vehicle that has been in service since November 2024.”
